Meet Chris

Chris Dyer- Company Culture Guru

As CEO, Chris was faced with taking his own company remote after following the tumultuousness of 2008. When the pandemic came along in 2020, Chris became a leading expert on working remotely since this is something that he had done for over a decade at that point. He shares with us ways to create a balance at the workplace among clients, employees, and stakeholders. Check out the way that Chris recommends a company identify meeting types and how best to interact with employees without creating hostility.

He has spoken at events for luminaries like Johnson and Johnson, Citibank, and Forbes. He’s authored Remote Work and The Power of Company Culture. One takeaway from all of his advice is transparency. You’ll have to check out the interview if you’d like to hear more.

More Than Just Company Culture

In addition to his work in business and as a speaker and author, Chris found time to learn to play the guitar. This led him to play in a few California-based bands, including his most recent, the Echo Hill Band. Blending Americana with jazz sensibilities and fantastic harmonies, the Echo Hill Band is certainly worth a listen. His favorite backyard road trips may be a bit steeper than we’re used to, but Mt. Whitney, Mt. Kilimanjaro, and Mt. Fuji are among the hikes that he has completed.
