It’s the little things in life. Kinda like buying yourself a blue tooth speaker to be put in the bathroom. Instead of the old-fashioned shower radio, I can blast out favorite songs on my new speaker. (granted for most people this wouldn’t be life-changing but for me, I was excited). Of course, I can’t just play random songs, instead, I had to make a themed playlist!

Similar to past playlists, or mixtapes such as Yacht Rock Christmas, BYR&BT, or Under the Covers, this eclectic playlist will get you boogieing, but in the bathroom! It’s best to take this mega-playlist and shuffle it. The songs range from ones actually about the bathroom such as Phish’s “Bathtub Gin”, Jason Isbell’s “Songs She Sung in the Shower” and Raffi’s “Brush Your Teeth” to more unrelated related bathroom terms including Fountain of Wayne’s “Sink to the Bottom” and Nirvana’s “Drain You”. Some are about water like Surface’s “Shower Me With Your Love” or James Taylor’s “Shower the People”.

The rest are pretty random, some stuff for kids including Barney’s “Clean Up” and Jack Johnson’s “With My Own Two Hands” from the Curious George soundtrack. There are classic rock staples from Judas Priest, Ozzy Osbourne, and Pat Benatar. It also includes indie rock faves from Dinosaur Jr, Fruit Bats, and Cracker. There are pop songs from Toni Braxton, Beyonce, and Justin Timberlake, basically, there’s something there for everyone. It’s a perfect mix for singing in the shower along with a brand new speaker!
